All Products have a minimum 12 months manufacturer’s quality guarantee.
In the unlikely event that a product becomes faulty we shall guide you through the manufacturer’s quality guarantee and their return process.
The user voids the warranty if they flash the firmware of a device, opens the body in an attempt to fix, or otherwise uses the device in a way that is not considered normal usage.
The warranty does not extend to free repair / replacement in cases to damage to products, accidental breakage, misuse, or wear and tear. Signs of physical damage may cause the manufacturer’s to refuse to provide free repair or replacement.
EXCEPTIONS TO WARRANTY.
The warranty does not include any kind of:
Technical support on product installation and usability.
Advice about product’s configuration or any software issues.
Recommendations about how to connect products or compatibility.
Software/OS updating or firmware flashing as it would.
Remote Controlled Toys.
Remote Controlled Toys naturally come in for a lot of wear and tear from the moment you start using them. For this reason warranty when applied to Remote Controlled Toys is only intended to cover “dead on arrival” issues where the product for some reason does not work out of the box.
Please check your products carefully on arrival. Product wear and tear, and breakage during use, is your responsibility and not covered by warranty.
Limitation on Batteries.
It is virtually impossible for anyone to tell if a battery is “faulty”, or just simply “naturally worn out” by your own use. Therefore the general 12 months product warranty from manufacturers does not apply to rechargeable batteries. Batteries are covered against faults for the first 30 days from the time you receive your goods only.
Projector Lamp Bulbs.
Manufacturer’s only offer a 1 month guarantee on the bulbs shipped with projectors. This shorter guarantee period is because the lifetime of the bulb depends on the user’s usage and treatment of the device. Please check each product description for estimated lifetime usage hours.
